MUJER. is not responsible for the custom policies, fees and duties that may apply in destination country.

 

Returns Policy 

As we only do a small collection of styles in each drop we unfortunately do not accept refunds.

We will however, accept exchanges to full priced items. The item must be in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and unused. Items must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

All orders, exchanges and order changes will be at the expense of the customer.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us at shop@mujerlabel.com with your order number and images of the fault. We will work to resolve this with priority.
